We are currently inviting applications for three specialist roles across embroidery, digital content and fashion product development.

Embroidery • Technical Production

Wilcom Embroidery Digitizer

Turn artwork and sketches into clean, machine-ready embroidery files using Wilcom. You should confidently punch, program and plan stitch travelling, sequencing, densities, underlay, trims and colour changes for different fabrics. The role also includes sampling, correcting production issues and refining designs for a beautiful, efficient run.

What we’re looking for

Strong practical command of Wilcom embroidery software
Understanding of stitch paths, fabrics and machine behaviour
Accuracy, production awareness and confident sample correction

Content • Social Media

Short-Form Fashion Content Creator

Take a fashion reel from first idea to final export. You will plan, shoot and edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other SHE EDGE channels across our outlet and production environments. A strong eye for styling, hooks, framing, transitions and trend-aware editing is essential.

What we’re looking for

Hands-on videography plus complete short-form video editing
Strong fashion sense, storytelling instincts and platform awareness
Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects proficiency preferred

Design • Product Development

Fashion Designer — Product & Embellishment

Translate fresh ideas into commercially strong SHE EDGE outfits. You should be able to develop silhouettes, colour stories and thoughtful embellishment placements, refine samples with trims and finishing details, and contribute practical ideas throughout sampling and production. We value originality that looks exciting and feels wearable.

What we’re looking for

A fashion-forward eye with original, market-aware design thinking
Strong understanding of fabrics, embellishments and garment detailing
Confidence contributing to samples, corrections and production decisions
